Do I need to have an email address?

A valid email address and phone number is needed to place an order online. If you do not have a valid email address, you can place your order by Whatsapp (65) 8788 0180 Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

What kind of payment mode is available?

We accept Paypal, Bank Transfer, Paynow and WeChat Pay. If you pay through bank transfer or paynow, kindly inform us by sending us a screenshot of your payment after you place order so we can process your order.

How long does my order take to ship?

After payment verification, your order will be shipped from Zippo Gallery store within 3 to 5 business days. You can check on current order status by contacting Zippo Gallery Singapore through sms or whatsapp to +65 87880180.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. We are closed on major holidays: New Year’s Day, Chinese New Year, Labor Day and Christmas.

Is Self Collection available?

Self Collections are available. Please select Self Collection @ Zippo Gallery in your Cart before Check Out. After you have done your payment, drop us a sms or whatsapp to (65) 8788 0180 to confirm collection date and time.

What is the order cancellation policy?

Your Zippo order is processed immediately; therefore, we cannot accommodate any changes or cancellations. If the order has already been processed and you still wish to return it, simply follow the instructions in the Returns and Exchanges section. Generally shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Can I expedited shipping?

Zippo Gallery does not offer expedited shipping.

Can I ship to an international address?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to international addresses. If you are outside of the Singapore please visit the authorized Zippo retailer/distributor in your country.
